     Weekly, Hai Huy’s technicians go to customers’ houses to check, clean and repair  equipments in time to ensure our customers’s equipments working uninterruptedly.

     Our technicians are available to solve problems after 2 hours as soon as we receive customers’ information in some places like Ho Chi Minh, Dong Nai, Binh Duong, Long An, Can Tho, Soc Trang, Vinh Long, An Giang and Dong Thap.

     We take the broken equipment to the maintaining centre and leave another one for our customers using while we are repairing ( Notes: telephone switchboards used to replace temporary are not over 16 extensions)

     Hai Huy doesn’t take any technical repairing fees for improving and repairing the problems of the system or equipment.

     Lightly broken equipments are free for maintaining. In case, serious broken equipments with high repairing fees ( over 100,000VNĐ ), we will prove the state of the equipment and suggest our customers to pay with the concessionary price - 3% lower than the price in market.

     When the maintaining contract is available, if our customers need to buy new items, Hai Huy is very glad to supply with favourable price 3% lower than the price in market.
